Terms & Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the terms and conditions listed below shall apply to all purchases and orders made on TA Gifts (“Company”). 

Petals & Foliage:

  • All our floral designs are omakase; every design is unique on its own and never replicated. For bespoke designs, do reach out to us directly with your request and we will be happy to advise.

  • As flower supplies are seasonal, all flowers and foliage are subjected to changes based on availability, and without prior notice to the Customer.


  • For any bulk orders, food items will be packed together. Additional packaging will only be provided upon request (subject to availability and extra charges may apply).

Orders & Delivery:

  • 48hr notice is required for all orders.

  • For self-collection, we are located at 11 Kallang Place, #05-12, S(339155). Kindly make an appointment before collection.

  • All orders made by the Customer are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any product is out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.

  • Delivery slots are subject to availability. The Company will strive to deliver the products to the designated address at the selected time frame, but does not and cannot guarantee that the delivery time frame will be met due to other factors not within our control that may lead to early or delayed deliveries. The Customer agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside the selected delivery time frame.

  • As our couriers follow a tight schedule daily, they will only wait up to 15 minutes upon arrival. If the recipient is not around or uncontactable during delivery, the gift(s) will be returned to our office and we will rearrange a re-delivery on the same day. A re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged to the Customer. 

  • We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 5 days from point of despatch for most perishable goods (reduced to 2 days for fruit, bread and other bakery items), therefore please ensure that the delivery is scheduled mindful of this timeframe.

Cancellation, Damages & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance (with reference to delivery date).

  • Kindly make sure to check the gifts upon collection or delivery. Any damaged or incorrect product(s) should be made known to the Company within 2 hours upon delivery, and we will make alternative arrangements.

  • The Customer agrees that the Company will not be liable for the products upon delivery and acknowledged by recipient or on behalf of recipient to the designated address.

  • Any refund requests made will be accepted or declined at the Company’s own discretion. TA Gifts reserves full rights to decline a refund request.
